Question 1

Where does SIDRA honey come from?

Accepted Answer

From Yemen. Our Duaani sidr honey takes its name from the Duaan valley in Hadramout. Each honey is single-origin and is not blended with honey from elsewhere.

Question 2

What does raw and unfiltered mean?

Accepted Answer

The honey is not blended and is not filtered to make it look clear. Because it is unprocessed, it may crystallise over time. That is natural, not a fault.

Question 3

My honey has become thick or grainy. Is it spoiled?

Accepted Answer

No. This is crystallisation. Place the sealed jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently until it is liquid again.

Question 4

How should I store it?

Accepted Answer

Keep the jar sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is needed.

Question 5

Which sizes do you offer?

Accepted Answer

250 g, 500 g and 1 kg glass jars.

Question 6

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery is shown in your bag before you pay. For questions, message us on WhatsApp.

Question 7

Is honey a medicine?

Accepted Answer

No. Honey is a food, and we make no medical claims about it. It is not a replacement for prescribed treatment or medical advice. If you have a medical condition or an allergy, check with your doctor first.

Question 8

Can infants eat honey?

Accepted Answer

No. Honey is not suitable for infants under one year old.

Question 9

What does “Grade A” mean?

Accepted Answer

It is our own honest grading of the batch: source, harvest, colour, texture and aroma. Grade A is the top of the scale we use.

Question 10

How is Sumra different from Duaani Sidr?

Accepted Answer

Colour, character and grade. Sumra is bright golden, smooth and easier-going — our everyday honey. Duaani sidr is deep amber, intense and aromatic — our signature, rarest harvest.

Question 11

Why is the price what it is?

Accepted Answer

Because of what it is: a scarce, single-origin harvest from a short blooming season, sourced directly and never blended. You are paying for the honey, not the marketing.

Question 12

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a size, add it to your bag and pay securely by card. Your order is confirmed right away. For any questions, message us on WhatsApp.
