Returns

Honey is a food, so we handle returns with care. If something is not right, we will put it right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

Message us as soon as you receive it, with a photo of the jar and the packaging. We will replace it or make it right.

For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened jars unless there is a problem with the product itself.

Raw honey may crystallise over time. This is a natural sign of unprocessed honey, not a fault. Place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid.
